Different States
My boyfriend needs to get a paternity test done, but he is in Boston and the child is in Chicago. Would it be possible for them to be collected in different locations?

Paternity testing can be done with samples collected from different locations, even though the tested parties are in different states or countries. DDC has an extensive network of DNA sample collection sites in the US and has formed relationships with laboratories, agencies, and governments around the world. Wherever you are, we can help you with your paternity questions.

I’m in Los Angeles, CA and the baby’s mom is in Texas. What can I do, I cannot travel there within the next month. She will be giving birth approximate in mid-March 2006. What can I do to have the baby and I tested?

We can arrange for separate appointments for everyone. You can have your samples collected at one of our collection sites in LA, and the mom and baby can be collected by a sample collector in Texas.
There are also other options for collecting DNA from the baby at birth, in the hospital, if time is of the essence. Please call us for more information, or to set up your DNA test.
