Before calling DDC Client Services to troubleshoot any problems you might have viewing your report, please read these tips, as they will solve most problems:

1. Please ensure you have the newest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
2. Please ensure that your pop up blocker is turned off. If you are unsure of how to do this, you can usually go to the preferences section of your browser and perform this action.
3. Please remember that your password is case sensitive.
4. The actual download may take several minutes.
