Peter Vitulli | President & Chief Executive Officer
Peter Vitulli was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2010. He has 35 years experience within the consumer products and healthcare industries in both a large corporation and entrepreneurial companies. Prior to DDC, he served as the President and CEO of Sciona, Inc., a pioneering Personal Genetics company that provided customized health and wellness solutions. Before Sciona, he was the President and CEO of Amerifit Nutrition, Inc., a nutritional supplement company focused on women's health.

Before that he served as the President and CEO of Everfresh Beverages, a private equity backed juice drink company. He spent the first 16 years of his career at the Quaker Oats Company, most recently as President of the North American Gatorade Business, one of the premier functional food products in the world. During his tenure at Quaker, he worked in several divisions including a two-year tenure in Quaker's United Kingdom subsidiary. Peter received his Bachelor's Degree from Holy Cross College and an MBA from New York University. He currently serves on the Boards of DDC and Woodbury Health Products.
John Srsen | Chief Financial Officer
John Srsen is the Chief Financial Officer at DNA Diagnostics Center. He has 29 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining DDC, John worked for Picker International for 24 years, most recently as Controller/Vice President of Finance, in the Health Care Products division. Prior to Picker International, he worked for Sherwin Williams as an auditor, and Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG).

He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and forecasting, as well as ERP and general ledger systems implementations. John received his Bachelor's Degree from Cleveland State University, and his CPA from the state of Ohio.
Dr. Michael Baird | Chief Science Officer
Dr. Baird is Chief Science Officer, Laboratory Director, and DNA Technical Leader. He received his doctorate in genetics from the University of Chicago. He then joined LifeCodes, where he held the positions of, Senior Scientist, Laboratory Director, and Vice President of Laboratory Operations. Dr. Baird has published over 50 articles in peer review journals as well as chapters in books about the use of DNA for identification. He was the first to testify in a criminal trial involving DNA evidence and has since testified in over 350 criminal cases.

Dr. Baird currently serves as a chair of the Relationship Testing Standards Committee of the AABB, is a fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and member of the AABB, American Society of Human Genetics, the American Genetics Society, the American Society of Histocompatibility and Immunogeneitcs, the International Society of Forensic Genetics, and the American Society of Hematology.
Jerry Watkins | Vice President of Operations
Jerry Watkins serves as Vice President of Operations for DDC. Jerry is responsible for the overall direction and guidance of our client services, sales, contract services, case management and laboratory teams. Since joining DDC in 2004, he has served in various aspects of operations from sales manager to general manager, before being appointed VP of Operations in April of 2010.

He has over 15 years of sales and operations experience in consumer products and distribution. Prior to DDC, he served in various leadership positions within Target Corporation, most recently within the Store Leadership Group. Before Target, he managed a sales team within the Consumer Products group for Gateway Computers.
David Silver | Marketing Director
David Silver is the Marketing Director at DDC. He has over 10 years of marketing and strategy experience in consumer products, consumer services, and brand marketing. Since joining in 2011, David leads marketing for DDC in North America. Prior to joining DDC, he worked in brand management for SunnyD Delight Beverages Company, a Private Equity owned beverage business acquired from Procter & Gamble.

James Mowery | Director of IT and Process Improvement
James Mowery is the Director of IT and Process Improvement at DDC. He has over 19 years of Information Technology experience; he is also versed in various project management methodologies as well as process improvement. Since joining in early 2012, he is leading the Information Technology Team and process improvement initiatives. Prior to joining DDC, James has served various roles in Information Technology and business leadership across multiple industries such as consulting, franchising, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Daniell Leigh | Director of International Sales
Daniell Leigh is the Director of International Sales for DDC. Daniell is responsible for planning, development, contracting and expansion in to new and existing territories outside of the US. He has worked in the DNA testing industry since 2002 and has worked across multiple international markets on a variety of new initiatives with private organizations, governments and regional authorities.

Daniell has 15 years of combined experience in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining DDC, he held key management positions in the genetics, aviation technology and international tourism sectors managing sales and marketing teams worldwide. Daniell received his BND and HND in business and marketing management from BCOT in the United Kingdom.
